ODESSA, Fla. (Sept. 16, 2026) – Starkey Ranch ER & Hospital announced the launch of its new Full Body MRI screening service, providing patients throughout Central Florida with access to advanced imaging technology designed to support proactive healthcare and wellness.

Available by appointment, the Full Body MRI screening uses advanced magnetic resonance imaging technology to provide detailed images of the body’s internal structures without the use of radiation. The service is intended to help identify potential health concerns that may warrant further medical evaluation.

“We’re proud to bring Full Body MRI services to our community, expanding access to advanced imaging in a comfortable, patient-centered environment,” said Brandon Compton, Chief Nursing Officer at Starkey Ranch ER & Hospital. “This service represents another meaningful step toward providing proactive, high-quality healthcare close to home.”

Our Full Body MRI service provides patients with a convenient way to gain valuable health insights while receiving the personalized care that defines our hospital.”

The Full Body MRI screening is designed to give patients greater insight into their overall wellness through comprehensive imaging of major organs and body systems.

Key features of the Full Body MRI screening include:

  • Uses magnetic resonance imaging technology and does not involve radiation exposure.
  • May help identify findings such as masses, cysts, organ abnormalities, inflammation, spine or joint changes, and other structural concerns.
  • Includes a required MRI safety screening prior to imaging.

“Our nursing and clinical teams are committed to ensuring every patient feels informed, supported, and cared for throughout the entire experience,” said Compton. “We look forward to helping individuals take a more active role in understanding and managing their health.”
